Smart Electric Bike Pumps, SUP Inflators & Indoor Cycling Trainers Built for Global Brands
JUNE Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has spent 11 years engineering cycling electronics in Chengdu, Sichuan. Our 195-person team designs, assembles and tests rechargeable bike pumps, cordless tire inflators, SUP electric pumps, smart trainers and GPS bike computers under one roof — so importers, distributors and private-label brands deal directly with the people who build the product.
Mini Electric Bike Pumps Riders Actually Carry
Roadside inflation is where cheap pumps fail and premium ones earn loyal customers. Our pocket-sized electric pumps replace guesswork with a preset target pressure and an automatic stop.

Six Connected Categories for Cycling & Outdoor Retailers
Every category shares one R&D team, one quality system and one export desk — which makes it simple to build a cross-selling range from a single, verified supplier.
Smart Bike Trainers & Indoor Cycling Smart Bikes
Our smart trainers and indoor smart bikes — including the T7 platform developed for a realistic road-riding experience — are checked on a dedicated bike trainer calibrator before packing, so resistance behaves consistently from the first unit to the last container.
- Calibrated on in-house trainer calibration equipment
- Suited to home gyms, cycling studios and fitness retail
- Logo, packaging and graphic customization available
GPS Bicycle Computers for Performance Riders
Compact GPS bike computers that log speed, distance and route data on road, gravel and MTB rides. For bike shops already stocking pumps and trainers, they are a natural add-on with strong attachment rates at the checkout.
- Bundle-friendly accessory for bicycle retailers
- Private-label packaging options
- Developed and tested by the same R&D team
Smart Electric Bicycle Pumps
Pocket-sized rechargeable pumps reaching up to 120 PSI with preset pressure and automatic stop. Riders set the target once and the pump shuts off when the tire reaches it — no roadside gauge guesswork.
- Presta and Schrader compatible
- Pro-race tested Tiny E-Pump design
- CE-listed models available
Smart Tire Inflators with Digital Display
Cordless inflators with clear digital pressure readouts for bicycles, e-bikes and everyday inflation tasks. One SKU that appeals to cyclists and outdoor customers alike — ideal for retailers who want broad sell-through.
- Digital screen for precise readings

Read ratings & reviewsMatching Inflators & Trainers to Your Market
Returns usually come from mismatched expectations, not defects. Use this checklist when selecting models for your catalog.
| Product Type | Typical End User | Pressure / Performance Reference | What to Check Before Ordering |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini electric bike pump | Road, gravel and MTB riders inflating on the go | Our models up to 120 PSI; road tires commonly run 80–120 PSI, MTB tires roughly 22–35 PSI | Presta/Schrader support, preset pressure accuracy, auto-stop, pocket size and weight |
| Digital display inflator | Cyclists and outdoor users wanting one versatile tool | High-pressure capable with on-screen readout | Display readability in daylight, pressure units your market expects (PSI / BAR / kPa), nozzle set |
| SUP electric pump | Paddle boarders, rental and tour operators | Our models up to 20 PSI; most inflatable SUPs specify about 12–20 PSI | Inflate and deflate modes, auto-off, cordless battery versus 12 V car power |
| Smart bike trainer / smart bike | Home riders, studios and fitness retailers | Resistance consistency verified on a trainer calibrator | Calibration stability, noise level, the connectivity standards your customers' training apps require |
| GPS bicycle computer | Performance and touring riders tracking data | Speed, distance and route logging | Battery life, screen size, mount compatibility and language options |
Pressure ranges are general industry references. Always follow the rating printed on the tire or board by its manufacturer.
Questions Importers Ask Us Most
What is the minimum order quantity for your electric bike pumps?
Our featured electric bike pump models start from 2 pieces, which lets buyers evaluate samples and run trial orders before scaling. For OEM orders with custom logo, packaging or graphics, the MOQ depends on the level of customization; email [email protected] with your target quantity and our team will confirm the details.
Do your mini electric bike pumps work with Presta and Schrader valves?
Yes. Our Tiny E-Pump for bikes fits both Presta and Schrader valves. Riders preset the target pressure and the pump stops automatically once it is reached, which removes the need for a separate gauge.
What OEM and ODM customization do you offer?
We offer minor customization (logo, packaging and graphic design on existing models) and sample-based customization, where our in-house R&D team develops a product from your sample or reference design and validates it for mass production.
How do you control product quality before shipment?
Quality control starts with incoming inspection of raw materials and on-site material inspection, continues through assembly with hydraulic and pneumatic presses and ultrasonic welding, and ends with functional testing on dedicated testing systems, DC power supplies and a bike trainer calibrator before automatic packing. Our facility has been verified on-site by SGS Group.
Which certifications do your products carry?
Selected models are listed with CE and others with REACH. Certification differs by model, so please tell us your target market and we will share the documentation available for each product.
What is the difference between an electric bike pump and a SUP electric pump?
An electric bike pump moves a small volume of air to a high pressure (our mini models reach up to 120 PSI), while a SUP pump moves a large volume of air to a lower pressure (our SUP pumps are rated up to 20 PSI). Using the wrong type either takes far too long or cannot reach the required pressure.
Which languages does your sales team support?
Our 35-person trading team supports English, Italian, German and Japanese, so buyers in Europe, Asia and the Americas can communicate technical and commercial details directly.
